I have been renting this place for about two months now. Since I moved here, there is no trouble. The room I rented was a studio room; the size is not very wide but well-allocated. Within the project, there are complete facilities such as a gym and a swimming pool. There are 7-11, laundry shops, and restaurants on the ground floor, super convenient! Most importantly, it is not far from Saladaeng BTS station. It takes less than 5 minutes to get there, making it very convenient to get around.

It is a very new condo. The room is spacious and divided into clear proportions and decorated with quality furniture. Most importantly, the condo's location is adjacent to Sala Daeng BTS and just a few minutes by walk. It made my life in the city a lot easier. Before, I had to get up early in the morning to drive to work. Since I moved here, it gives me more time to relax. Because as I said, this place is near the Skytrain station, so I don't have to waste hours traveling to work. Besides, I like the common area. There is a fitness center where I can exercise even though there are not many types of equipment, but it's enough for me. In addition, the condo neighborhood has shops, restaurants, and convenience stores. It makes me almost don't have to go far at all. It is convenient. I'm impressed with this place.
