A condo near The Mall Bangkapi

This condo got my interest because of its great location, within walking distance to the Mall Bangkapi. Moreover, a BTS Light Yellow Line will soon be in operation near the condo. It should make life a lot easier. I bought a 1-bedroom unit. The room is adequate for being alone, and it is tastefully done and proportioned. The communal areas, however, could be improved, as well as the lack of parking spaces. I think it's suitable for people who aren't concerned about using common areas.
