Great project, not far from downtown

This building exterior looks pretty old, but the interior is the opposite as it was recently renovated. I stayed in a one-bedroom unit; the space is not large but well-arranged. Shame that there aren't facilities like other condos, such as fitness and swimming pool. However, it's acceptable considering its price. The project is not far from Chiang Mai city and residential area, so there are shops and restaurants nearby, which is so convenient.
