The house is in high quality; I have noticed that their previous projects were sold out fast. Never heard any serious complaints. The property is very spacious, with 3 bedrooms suitable for my family. The parking is for 2 cars, and you can choose whether you need a pool. The materials meet standards and very detailing. The common area includes a pool and a garden for you to get closer to nature and fresh air. It's also convenient for traveling, not far from Jomtien Beach, less than 10 minutes driving, and 20 minutes to Pattaya city. The staff is friendly. They welcome and take care of us well. The price starts at 3 million baht. Worth the money and investment ever! Recommend it.
