I love the atmosphere in the project very much

I just bought this condo after it had been renovated. It's a one-bedroom room at 82 sq.m, much larger than a typical one-bedroom unit. Also, I love the atmosphere in the project very much. It's close to nature, peaceful and shady. From my room, you can see the lake view, which is so calm and relaxing. Besides, it's close to Surin Beach as it takes only 10 min walk and 2 minutes to a convenience store. Overall, it's so convenient.

The villa was a wedding gift. It has 4 bedrooms, very stylish and very impressive. And the cutest thing is that my husband was looking for information on a house suitable for us. We like tranquility and privacy. Our activities are going to the beach to sunbathe and chill. The project location is on point. It is not far from Surin Beach and very private. With a small number of units, the project can take care of all residents thoroughly. Also, not far from Tesco Lotus, Central, and Boat Avenue. Around the project, there are also great international restaurants to select. We won't get bored living in this area. The project is somewhat safe. I feel comfortable every time I come back to Phuket.

It's the best location because walking to Surin Beach is about 10 minutes. Plus, there are many convenience stores in the neighborhood. This place is suitable for people who do not like chaos because it is quite peaceful and surrounded by tranquil communities. The villa I stayed in was approximately 8.5 square meters, suitable for a large family like us. It also has a private swimming pool. Although it has been built for a long time, the decoration is very modern and warm here !!
