Condominium next to the Chao Phraya River

We are looking for a condo in the suburbs zone and not far from Bangkok. We went to many projects to inspect, and Bangkok Marina River Condo is the condo we decided to buy. It is located in the Bang Phlat area. It is an old town with non-crowded people, and it is suitable for people looking for a private residence overlooking the beautiful Chao Phraya River. Besides, getting to the city is convenient and not complicated because there is Bang Phlat MRT Station that can take to travel into the Bangkok zone easily. The condo we bought is spacious and suitable for members in the family. There is also enough space for our children to enjoy their time. For the relaxation adults' area, we are satisfied so much and decided to buy it immediately. Importantly, we love the excellent security system, which the project offers. Besides, the project provides excellent standard facilities. However, the problem needed to be solved is that the wifi is very slow and sometimes it doesn't work.
Quiet and uncrowded accommodation neaby Chao Phraya River.

My daughter and I have just moved to Thailand. We want to get quiet and uncrowded accommodation. I have found the room has some interior and some of the furniture is getting old. Anyway, I like to decorate the room, so I did a little more refurbishment. Now the room is lovely and very pleasing. It is overlooked with the Chao Phraya River, and it is beautiful in the evening. I'm working at home, so there are no transportation problems at all. Anyone who has a private car, this place has enough parking for the number of residents. However, the nearest is Bang Phlat MRT, which is just about 800 meters from the condo, and there is a nearby ferry service as well. The project has a common area for many facilities, such as gym and sports clubs, which are complete equipment. There are full amenities nearby such as shopping malls, markets, and restaurants, so it's convenient to live and travel around the city !! Nice place recommended.
Great condo in Chaopraya river

My friends and I've been in Thailand for a couple of weeks. We chose the place near the Chao Phraya River as we wanted to stay in the riverfront area, then we came across this condo. We're so impressed as the 360-degree view from the balcony is unbelievable. We often spent time in the evening seeing the Rama VIII Bridge and getting a cool breeze, which simply made our day. The condo also provides us with a wealth of facilities such as gym, sauna, and outdoor court for tennis, football, and basketball. In the morning, I usually came down to play tennis there. Besides, there are also various options for transportation that includes boat, bus, and Skytrain. The nearest one is the Bangplad BTS station. The room that we got is fully-furnished, so we got everything we want there. It was such a memorable trip.
Condominium with big room and nice view, great staffs

I came here with my big family and a total of us six people. We are looking for many places to stay for our long vacation in Thailand with a beautiful view and an affordable price. Here is such a right place with a spacious room, an excellent location with a breathtaking view of the river. All staffs are very kind and helpful. They are always smiling and trying to talk with us in English, and when they see us coming back from the outside with many shopping bags, they always run and help us carry. The room has big, clean, and beautiful decorations. This condominium is next to Tesco Lotus, and there are many shops. We would like to recommend here if you have a chance to stay. I am so satisfied, and we enjoy spending time here. Thank you!
Ideal condo for stuning view of Chaopraya

After retirement, I decided to move back to Thailand with my wife. She is Thai. We took some time to find an ideal place for both of us until I visited the project, and I fell in love with it. It is tough for us to find a single-detached house near Chaopraya Riverbank. Therefore, we agreed to settle down in this condo because it has a large balcony where my wife and I always sit and enjoy the sunset and stunning river view. Although it is a condominium, I have never felt uncomfortable here. Our room is spacious, which is perfectly convenient when our sons and friends come by. Sometimes, we have dinner, party, and sing. It makes me feel so good. It is clean here. The staff are super friendly and helpful; they always help me out. I'm an old man now, and they call me 'Uncle' so I have a really huge warmhearted family here. Speaking of traveling, it's convenient for me. There are enough parking lots and BTS nearby, which I use sometimes. But the most enjoyable journey for me is by boats; I used it to roam around the area every week. Such an ideal retiring life!

My family and I started a business in Southeast Asia, and we decided to set up the head office in Thailand. So, I was looking for a place to stay in Bangkok. Our family agreed that they wanted a place to stay. It has to be surrounded by a good atmosphere, and if possible, they wanted a room with Bangkok city and the Chao Phraya River view because we wish for a shelter after hard work and a good community for our children as well. After I viewed a lot of accommodations, Bangkok River Marina is the most impressive for my family and me because its location is not too busy like downtown. Yet, the location is accessible and surrounded by shopping centers, hospitals, good restaurants, as well as Bang Phlat MRT, only 10 minutes. Also, what made my family decide to buy this condo was the common area and facilities. It has a swimming pool, a tennis court, a soccer field, a basketball court, a gym, and a sauna. There is also a small party area available. Our family is a sports family, and we love outdoor activities, so the amenities here are the best for our family lifestyle. I would recommend this condo to any family with toddlers. Staying in a limited space like a condo can be convenient for transportation, but you should provide activities and space for them to exercise. Choosing a spacious condo can be quite pricey than other projects, but I can guarantee it will be worth the money for what our family has received.
Nice scenery and great facilities

I come to visit my husband's family every six months in Bangkok. A while before, I rented hotels in Bangkok, and after that, my husband and I decided to buy the Bangkok River Marina condo. If you ask why we buy this condo? Because we visit Thailand often and when we book a 4-5 star hotel, it is better if we take expenses for renting the hotel to buy a condo instead. Another thing, my husband also has a business in Thailand. Therefore, buying a condo this time is considered an investment. The project is decorated in a simple style, and the room ready to move in with a fully furnished. The project's facilities are conducive to life every day, such as a large swimming pool, a well-equipped fitness center, playground, and 24-hour security. We can see the river scenery, and it feels comfortable when we see it. Nearby places around the condo are like Top supermarkets, department stores, and restaurants, which is very convenient. I am impressed with this condo. It is located in an excellent location if we go anywhere by private car and the nearest expressway about 4 kilometers away from the condo.

Condo with a nice view, overlooking the Chao Phraya River. The rooms are beautiful and look classy because it is decorated with wood. The condo is located next to the main road and full facilities, especially for the person who loves to work out. Besides the fitness and tennis court, there is a football field and basketball court. My son loves the football field so much!
Riverside condominium with privacy

I run the business in Bangkok, so my family and I decided to move to Bangkok and live in Bangkok River Marina, a condo next to the Chao Phraya River. It is in the old town, less crowded. There is a lot of privacy suitable for living. Although the condo is located next to the river, it's still convenient to travel to the city using the Bang Phlat MRT station that is 800 meters away from the condo. It's just within walking distance. When I'm free from work, I spend most of my time with my family taking my child and my wife to the Tesco department store that is only 300 meters away. On some lazy days, I will spend time in the project's common area using many facilities such as a swimming pool, sauna, fitness, garden, BBQ area, playground, and children's area. The project includes elevators, parking, 24-hour security, and CCTV. Since I moved in, my family and I are very happy with this place.

My family originally lived in Chanthaburi. Before, our business is doing a small jewelry shop. Lucky for us that my father had done it very well, so we had enough profit to invest in gems trading for almost 10 years. Then we had made a lot of money to expand our business and moved to Bangkok. Also, my son is going to study at university. Therefore, we were looking for a house or condo to live together; we have visited many homes and condos until we decided to buy Bangkok River Marina Condo. My wife and son love the view of the Chao Phraya River very much. It helps them relax, and the property is so peaceful and private, giving a feeling of warmth like home. After hard work, we will enjoy dinner by the river in the evening that I would say that it is very romantic. Moreover, the project is on the main road. You can travel anywhere conveniently. If you don't want to drive, just take the Bang Phlat MRT, the nearest station. Along the river, there are many restaurants nearby as well as convenience stores. Also, Tesco Lotus is right in front of the project. Speaking of the project has a huge swimming pool that makes me swim in my free time without being bored, outdoor courts that include football, tennis, and basketball. My son and I love to play sports on Saturday and Sunday. My wife usually spends her time in a sauna as she loves taking care of herself. The project had enough parking, which is good because we have a car. Oh! And I almost forgot to mention that the condo has a private Jet Ski parking too. The staff is friendly. They keep smiling and work hard to make sure we live here happily. For the room, our 3 bedrooms are decorated in Thai style; it came with fully-furnished hi-end quality furniture. The room is large, a lot of space. The balcony is spacious. When we open the door outside, we will see the beauty of the atmosphere along the Chao Phraya River. I want to recommend this condo for anyone who loves the homey condo and the stunning Chao Phraya River view. This place is perfection.
