I feel very lucky that I bought a 2-bedroom condo in this project 30 years ago because nowadays it would be difficult to find a larger room than this in a central location. Besides, my condo has always been fully rented since it was released. Most of my customers usually stay long-term as one of my customers who has been living here for 5-year. Most of my customers love the project surroundings so that they can walk to The Emporium and Phrom Phong BTS at a distance of only 350 meters. In the common area, it offers complete facilities, although it's not as luxurious and modern as the newly built condos today. For anyone looking for a room with ample living space, I recommend it here. PS. My room is not available. I have a long-term reservation contract.
