I’ve made the right choice buying this place

My best friend had to move back to the southern part of Thailand to run his own business, so he tried to sell the house he used to stay in. It’s a 3-bedroom unit with a good condition and spacious usable area, so I decided to buy his home without hesitation. Plus, this place is close to CentralPlaza Chiang Mai Airport, and it’s also only 10 mins away from Chiang Mai International Airport. The common area has a large swimming pool and a fully-equipped fitness center. More importantly, I haven’t found any problems since I stayed here. The neighbors are friendly. I would say that I’ve made the right choice buying this place.
