This townhouse project is in the Sukhumvit area, near Si Rat Expressway, making commuting easier. The project is in Soi Sukhumvit 31, which can connect to many roads. The atmosphere is quiet and not crowded with people because this alley is dead-end; only the residents can pass by. The project is secure by fence and security guards. There is a saltwater swimming pool that is not very wide, but it is long enough. It also has a garden where trees are planted in the shade. Let's talk about the townhouse here. There are 4-5 bedrooms, a townhouse with a height of 4 and a half floors. The basement can park 4 cars. Besides, the house's living area is also very spacious, with private bathrooms in every bedroom, suitable for large families with many members. It is a high quality house. Additionally, every unit of this project has direct access to a communal swimming pool. It is a house project that is very worthwhile to invest in.
