I would like to buy in this project, but it was all sold out, it was constructed to a very high standard which I found to be very rare in Phuket, the development was built be a German with very high quality fittings. I would say the views from this development of just 8 villas are awesome, probably the best sea views in Patong, there located high up at the top off a hill in a nice pleasant quiet Soi amongst some very up market multimillion dollar villas. I found them to be the best value for money in Patong, a rare find if you can get an owner to part with one

This has got to be the one of the if not the best sea view villa projects in Patong. The views are just unbelievable, and the development is finished and maintained to a very high standard not often found in Phuket. There are just 8 units in total at Highland Residence, the project is located at the very end off a private road off Nanai road. The location is just perfect as it's about 2 or 3 minutes to Patong beach, there is the most gorgeous 18 meter infinity pool and jacuzzi with breathtaking views over Patong bay. The villas are all the same size and each are accessed via an electric garage door, once inside the property you will be just taken back by the panoramic views of Patong bay and the whole city.

We rented this villa for vacation. The villa has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a big size. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and a microwave. There is also a hot shower and a private pool overlooking the beautiful sea of Patong Beach. The atmosphere is pleasant. The location is excellent, easy to find convenient stores, restaurants and very close to Jungceylon, only a 5-minute drive away. This place is a good option for anyone looking for a villa with a beautiful view of Patong.
