I bought a house in this project last year. First, I was hesitant because it has many units which could be crowded. So far, everything is good and my neighbors are cute. They live in peace and quiet. The security guard is on duty. The cleanliness of the common areas is okay. The house I bought to live in is a townhouse with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a good size. Suitable for no more than 4 people. When I bought this second hand house, it had to be repaired at some points. But the owner and I could make a deal. The project is on the main road and it's also close to the Phuket Rajabhat University. It's very easy to find food in this area because it is a downtown area. Unfortunately the road is a bit busy and noisy because there are a lot of people driving into the city.
