A modern house in a pleasant environment, ideal for families

I'm looking for a vacation home in Hua Hin-Cha-Am because I love this tranquil location that is uncrowded. I then came across this project, and I reserved a 3-bedroom villa with a pretty spacious living area and a private pool. After completing the contract and leaving a deposit, it will take approximately 7-month to build. As for the sample house, it is open and airy, offering a large swimming pool. It also gives a sense of privacy because of the high walls. The location is also close to shops, restaurants, and shopping centers that are conveniently buying. Getting around is also convenient due to its proximity to the main road. It's convenient to get around by car and Song Thew. There are usually lots of foreigners staying here because everything meets their lifestyles. Significantly, the land area in this location has been increasing, ideal for renting it out and speculation in the future.
