I have lived here for nearly ten years since the project was completed, so I know every of my neighbors. They are so kind and friendly. The village is quite nice and peaceful. The houses are a single-floor ranging from 2 or 3 bedrooms with a swimming pool as an option. You can decide whether you want it or not. When I bought a house, I didn't buy a pool, so it was cheaper. My home is airy and wide with a natural atmosphere, especially around the lake. It's easy to travel too as the project is by the main road near Petchkasem and Hua Hin main road. Nice one!
