I visited the grand opening of Akara Collection Layan phase 2; I was not disappointed with this project at all. If you thought the first was stunning, the second phase is even more! Besides, there are only 14 units in the project, which I like. It looks like my dream vacation home. Although this time's price is a bit high compared to a usable area of ​​almost 370 square meters, it is worth the investment. Moreover, a professional engineer designed the villa's structure to be both luxurious and durable. By the way, the view of Layan beach and the surrounding atmosphere with trees is such a good refreshment throughout the day. There also are security guards for 24 hours. It is must be considered a worthwhile villa for investment and living—perfect location near Layan Beach, Banana Beach, and Naithon Beach.
