The ideal townhouse for investment

I decided to buy a 3-bedroom townhouse for a living while visiting my office in Bangkok, and I bought it for investment because the MRT will be built in the future, making it easy to sell. Importantly, the design here is unique, effectively reducing noise from neighbors. Most importantly, it is close to Central Rama 2, which can be reached in a matter of minutes. Overall, it meets all of my requirements.
