My old house, which I used to invest in, has now been released for other owners. This location is perfect. It is a neighborhood with a lot of Chinese restaurants located on the main road. Also, it is simple to travel anywhere, less than 5 kilometers from Promenada Chiang Mai shopping mall. The commercial building is a four-story building with three bedrooms that is quite spacious inside. In terms of parking, I can say that it is very convenient. There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the building. The neighbors are welcoming.
