It is a beautiful modern townhouse.

It is a beautiful modern townhouse with a large usable area, which is across 2 floors, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 1 parking space. It was unfurnished when I purchased it. The house has a small garden area with a wide project route. It has well-guards, and the neighbors are not overcrowded. Since I live here, it's easy to get to many places, including restaurants, beaches, and Nongprue Municipality, where I work.
