This project is under construction. But I've looked at the website and the brochures, which look interesting because the twin house can be converted into a home office and the design is very modern. The house includes various technologies to help your life be more comfortable and enhance security. The 3.5-story house offers a usable area from 268 - 292 square meters, which is quite large. As for the atmosphere around it, it might be a bit crowded because there are a lot of housing projects and the house is in a fairly deep alley, so it is suitable for people with personal cars. Nearby are Central Festival Eastville and The Crystal Ekamai-Ramindra. It is very convenient.
