My family and I bought an off-plan house here and moved here a few months ago. It's a fantastic project with a wide range of amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, jacuzzi, sauna, and so on. In general, there aren't many facilities for a single house project, but this location has everything. We bought a house with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, with a large usable area, but it was unfurnished. We must purchase and decorate it ourselves. The surrounding environment is peaceful and private. Getting around is also convenient because the road is extensive. It's also very convenient, being close to Central Chonburi, hospitals, and Bangsaen Beach. So far, I haven't discovered any drawbacks. I'll let you know if there are any.
