The project is well maintained and got a nice communal swimming pool and gym. It is not far from town and right at the Huay Mongkol Road which can be a bit noisy for some. There is a great Italian deli very close by and a Big C with a night food market just a few minutes drive away. Going up the hill you'll find the elephant foundation and the Elite Muay Thai gym.

Good project location It is on the way up to the Khao Khae Pass, not far from Big C department stores and convenience stores near the community area, but the project is next to him, quiet, pleasant, with security guards.

I really like this house. It's a spacious 2-story house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It's fully-furnished, so I don't need to think about decoration at all. Like other single-detached houses, the decoration is simple with white color. The location is pretty good, making my living much easier as it's close to convenience stores such as Big C Market and Tesco Lotus Express. I often go grocery shopping, which makes me so happy. For those who are looking for a place in Hua Hin, it's another interesting place.

It is the best villa in Hua Hin and closes to major tourist attractions, golf courses, and beaches. It is also within walking distance to supermarkets like Big C, 7-Eleven, and many local shops. It is also very safe with a 24 hours security system with pleasant views around the project. It is warm and cozy. It is such a pool villa that I need so much. So, I decided to buy it with my Thai husband. The reason for purchasing it because this project is located not far from the facilities that I can access without any discomfort. The convenience store can be easily reached on foot, including the decoration here which is unique and comes with charming woodwork furniture. There is also a Western kitchen, terrace, patio, outdoor area, and private garden, decorated with many trees. It is a quality project that I am not disappointed to buy as a residence in this Hua Hin area.
Beautiful home furniture, the atmosphere is shady to relax.

We bought a resale house for this project because it is close to the office and not far from convenience stores and Big C. Also, it is easy to travel and convenient to shop for essential items. This project is next to the mountain. This creates a nice, quiet, and pleasant atmosphere with less crowded people. The house we bought is a contemporary Thai style house. The house uses almost all wooden furniture, including wardrobes, beds, shelves, and a built-in kitchen. Besides, the project has focused on wooden furniture. We are not disappointed to buy this house because our family likes it and thinks it is worth the price as the home and wooden furniture are strong and durable.
The village is in the suburbs near the hills.

This villa has 2 floors. I bought it as a vacation home and will come back here for 2-3 months every year. It's a quiet village and located in the suburbs, where you can see the mountain view from the backyard. The house has a large private swimming pool. The atmosphere here is quite hot and stuffy all year round. It is located a short distance from a golf course and about 4 kilometers from the beach. Moreover, there are many local shops in the neighborhood. Plus, the goods are inexpensive! If you like seafood, you will like Hua Hin because the price is not expensive, affordable, and fresh as well !!

It's a house that looks like a resort. It is designed to be airy and comfortable. Also, the interior is my favorite in Asian style, with good quality furniture. I can't find any problem. Although the project has been completed for a long time, I think the house must be taken care of very well because I didn't find any damage or broken stuff. In addition, there are shopping malls, restaurants, and hospitals near the project. It is a good location.

The atmosphere around the project is livable, green, and quiet as it's next to the mountain. My 2-story house has 3 bedrooms with a large living area. There is a large balcony on the second floor, suitable for living as a family. Here is a small project so that we can get to know each other easily. They are so lovely and friendly.
