The village is surrounded by mountains and lakes.

I think the houses here are quite expensive. The selling is focusing on the stunning views. The atmosphere in the village is surrounded by mountains and lakes. There is also an area for family activities. Overall, I think the area is clean. However, the project facilities are too small. The playground was not enough for the number of children in the village. The house structure is considered strong and selected to use high-quality materials. The project is located in the Hang Dong area, which is not far from Chiang Mai city on the way to Chom Thong District and near many tourist attractions. There are many luxury restaurants in front of the village, several markets, and near the airport.

I am very impressed to choose the house for my family living comfortably amid natural lakes and mountains. The project atmosphere is pleasant, perfectly blended with nature. Every morning, you will listen to the birds singing and the breezy blows into the house that you can commune with real happiness. In the house, the living areas are sufficient and match the price. The security system is also strict, providing a high-privacy. What makes me impressed will be the lovely and friendly neighbors!!

A dream house to nature and privacy lovers. The village is surrounded by gardens and a large lake which is very nice! The house is so stylish and fully furnished. Easy for moving in. There is a private swimming pool in the house, not that big but practical enough. Overall, it's okay. The project can be slightly pricey compared to other projects, but its quality is on the top!

It is a community gated village, the most interesting in Chiang Mai with beautiful lake and mountain views. The atmosphere is private and tranquil. There is also a wide road, and cars are not crowded. Therefore, skaters or bike riders can enjoy their activities together. It also has a large swimming pool, 3 tennis courts, and many other facilities. Moreover, the project is located in a great location, not far from Route 3029. So, it is easily accessible and also close to the fresh food market.

The most beautiful village in Chiang Mai with the best atmosphere, next to the lake, shady and cool. More importantly, the view is incredible in the evening. Inside the project, there is a wide road, and the house has a high standard and modern design. There is a yard around the house for pets. The common area includes a large swimming pool, a tennis court, and other activities provided to the residents. Located in an excellent location, close to Chiang Mai Airport, only 8 kilometers away.
