Nice and quiet detached housing project

It is a detached housing project that is suitable for my family. I have naughty young children who need a children's play area, and this project meets my needs. So, I decided to buy it here. The house I bought is a 2-story house consisting of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The area beside the house is a lawn. There is a fence around the house wall, an area where children can play safely and prevent the danger from the traffic of cars that run around in the village. For the security system, the guards well take care of the residents and not be chaotic from outsiders at all.
I made the right choice to buy it here!

I made the right choice to buy it here. My house has 3 bedrooms. I bought it soon after the project had launched, so the price was acceptable. The unit area is spacious with a full set of furniture, so it was quite convenient. The house was quite old, but it was much lovelier after the renovation. There is no clubhouse or common area like other projects. It isn’t a big deal for us. Another reason for choosing this place is its location because it’s in the heart of Pattaya. Convenient to get around. Just 10 minutes by car, you can get to the Central Festival. In my free time, we always go shopping. In the evening, we usually stop by Pattaya Beach to enjoy the view. The beach is quite crowded and lively. As the project is in the city, there always are people commuting. In the beginning, I was concerned about safety, but by the time I can have peace of mind as the security system is quite strict. Never find any bad event since I have been here. It’s all okay.
