Thai-Colonial style house, suitable for investment

I am looking for an investment home for daily and monthly rental, and this house is exactly what I am looking for because of its unique Thai-Colonial style and white, which is a trendy color now. Yet, the design and the color makes it more classic and modern. This house is absolutely for relaxation! The project sells a customizable house, so I have to wait for 1 year. My house is a Villa L shape with 3 bedrooms and a pool, and a pavilion. The living area is quite spacious. The exterior color will be ivory, while the interior is mainly white. The furniture is perfectly fitted, and the inside is airy and wide so that the family members can enjoy the activities together. Around the pool, we can have a BBQ party or a party. I think the house is also suitable for renting out to the tourists for short- and long-term. It's good the location will give us privacy near the mountains, but it's quite far from the main road with fewer amenities in walking distance, so you have to drive.
Beautiful house project but there is only one car parking available.

The houses here are designed in a white tone style. And looks beautiful. This neighborhood is full of communities and villages, quite hot and not very shady. The house is designed not different from other projects, and I think the parking lot is too narrow and can only park one car, but I like it because it is quiet and safe.
