Peaceful Neighborhood~ Close to downtown~

I have very peaceful neighbors, No loud music or partying around close by. Recommend for small or large family or even a couple or friends. I don't have other houses across mine. There is a pool and a gym right across my house, just 10 METERS away. I do allow pets to welcome in this house, as i hope and know new comers should be clean and needs to be under well supervision of the pets. As long as it's not over 5 big dogs over, other than this is fine (This is just for reference, if anyone would prefer rent). As for rental i would charge 30,000 baht per month. Just ring me and we might be able to discuss about the prices. 3 rooms, 3 bathrooms. 1 of the room is the master bedroom on 2nd floor (All 3 rooms are located on second floor). 1 bathroom is downstairs and 2 on the 2nd floor. All 3 bathrooms have showers~^^ Included with fridge and washing machine, sofa, TV, air conditioning. In the Soi i live in, there is Big C, car repair shops, big hospitals close by, clinics, and markets. ^^

I bought this house because of its potential location and the quality of the house. The house has a spacious area, well-proportioned. The village is quiet. The neighbor is friendly, and the security system is of a high standard. In terms of traveling, it is conveniently close to expressways and main roads, easily accessible to Minburi Market, Paseo Town, Vejthani Hospital. I can say that this the house project in the Saphan Sung area with a good atmosphere and is very suitable for living
