A two-story 3-bedroom detached house has a large area in a modern design. There are full facilities for all residents, such as a clubhouse, swimming pool, car park, and high security. Located in a convenient location in the Hang Dong area, the neighborhood is full of many restaurants and close to the night safari, only 7 minutes by car.
Quiet village, not crowded people

I like the house style, such the first impression. It looks stylish and warm. The living area is ok, not small and not much big but the price is very reasonable. Inside the village looks quiet, safe, and not chaotic at night. There is electricity to brighten around the village, thus making the atmosphere at night not dangerous. Going home alone is not harmful. There is a clubhouse, a gym, a swimming pool, and a garden for the common area. Besides, the location is close to the necessary amenities such as hospitals, convenience stores, markets, making each day life more comfortable.

It is a quality project that I can say is very good. Beautiful house structure and designed to be very pleasing to me because it is very modern, the color tones are so beautiful, it feels nice. The interior is very spacious. There is enough space to use, well-organized, and arrange different zones to make it out very well. In addition, the furniture in the home is luxurious and durable. If anyone likes privacy, it is the answer as there is a fence around the house. Besides, the common area here is complete, whether a clubhouse, a fitness center, a swimming pool, and others. There are also many things here, close to prosperity because it takes only 11 minutes, and you will reach Hang Dong Market. Moreover, it takes only 14 minutes to the airport.
I recommend the house here if you like a quiet place.

The road to the village is spacious and located on the way to Samoeng District. It is a quiet location that comes with 24-hour security guards. The house is very suitable for relaxing, and the traveling is convenient and not far from Chiang Mai City. It takes only 15-20 minutes to drive to the town. The house interior is a spacious 2-story house with 3 bedrooms and well-ventilation. I think the weather here is good all year round. The neighbors here are both Thais and foreigners. If you like a private place, I recommend the house here !!
It's a relaxing place

If you are looking for privacy and a relaxing atmosphere, I would recommend this place. The village is very large with the garden around. Feel so safe as the house is gated, and there are guards in charge for 24 hours. The location is a bit away from the city, about 15-20 minutes drive. Overall, I'm satisfied with this place.
