My house has 3 bedrooms with a spacious area and divided into good proportions. There is a garden around the house, giving my puppy a space to run and play. It is unfurnished, so we need to decorate ourselves, which is ideal for my wife, who enjoys decorating the house. My house is conveniently located 15 minutes from the city and is surrounded by several shops, restaurants, and markets. It is also filled with essential places like Payap University and San Kamphaeng Hospital. Living here is accessible to the essential services. However, even though there are no facilities like a swimming pool in the common area, there are still security guards for the residents 24 hours to feel at ease about safety.
