Welcome to the comfort and convenience of The River by Raimon Land! Nestled along the banks of Bangkok's Khlong Ton Sai, this prime condominium development project is one investment that's guaranteed not to disappoint. The three bedroom, two bathroom unit we've got available right now is 132 sqm of beautiful living space and it's ready to move in. Completed as far back as December 2009, you don't have to worry about chasing building deadlines or anything like that. This condo is all ready to go.And, even if you're not ready to commit to buying the place just yet, there are still options available; you can always rent this unit out on a long-term basis, starting from ฿89,000 per month. That's cheaper than many of the newer condos on the market! If you do decide to buy, though, we've got a competitive base price of ฿33,000,000 (or, ฿250,000 per SqM). You'd be hard pressed to find a better deal around Khlong Ton Sai!The River by Raimon Land really is an ideal pick for anyone looking for a condo in an up-and-coming area of Bangkok. It's close to the Chao Phraya, great restaurants and pubs, and a plethora of Bangkok's cultural delights. If something this good interests you, why not come down and take a look? We guarantee you won't be disappointed.
Foreign nationals can own condominium units as freehold owners in buildings where no more than 49% of the unit floor space is owned by foreigners. Units that are part of the Thai quota or are being leased for 30 years can be converted to the foreign freehold quota if it is currently below 49%.
Foreigners can own a condominium Freehold in their own name. Condominium ownership is best explained by looking at an example of a project that has 100 units for sale.
In this example, 49 of the total units in this building (or 49% of the total salable area) can be owned outright by non-thai nationals in their name. The ownership titles of these 49 units is referred to as Freehold or Foreign Quota.
This leaves 51 units remaining in the building (or 51% of the total salable). The freehold rights to these units are reserved for Thai nationals in what is commonly referred to as the Thai quota.
