This condo is close to Bangkok, making for a quick and convenient journey. I enjoy the tranquil atmosphere here because it fits my relaxation and my family needs. Aside from a pleasant atmosphere, the project is perfect, with elegant designs, a stunning sea view, a spacious and fully furnished unit, and comprehensive facilities such as a swimming pool, sauna, fitness center, and lounge. Surprisingly, the project prioritizes security, with CCTV installed throughout the project to ensure residents' comfort. The only issue is that there isn't enough parking, especially during the holidays. The surrounding area is densely packed with shops, restaurants, shopping centers, and readily available food; 7-Eleven, TUKCOM, Jomtien Circle, and so on. It is perfect and recommended for those who love high purchasing power to buy it for a holiday home or buy for future speculative sales.
