Every units there got a private pool which is the main point in this building. Big duplex - perfect for families. Very close to mains attractions. A bit expensive but easily negociable for a long term contract.
Beautiful condo, easy to travel near Phrom Phong BTS

There are 3 bedrooms in our room, decorated with good quality furniture. The living area is spacious, storing a lot of stuff. The balcony offers a beautiful Bangkok view from all sides. There is also a private swimming pool for every unit. This place is more suitable for the family to stay than for one person. The common area here has a swimming pool, a fitness center, and a garden. There are receptionists and 24-hour security guards. In terms of its location, it is surrounded by various important amenities, convenient for daily life. Furthermore, the journey is very convenient because it is only 500 meters away from the Phrom Phong BTS station.

The condo design is very outstanding and easily noticed. The interior is elegantly decorated and comes complete with carefully selected furniture to match the interior and good quality. Also, the room's space is still well proportioned, so the room looked spacious and tidy. As for the facilities, they are fully equipped. There is a swimming pool, fitness center, garden, and a lobby where the staff is always available to help. The project is also located in a good location because it is close to Phrom Phong BTS, only 500 meters away, including close to the EmQuartier, Emporium Department Store, and Villa Market.

My friend lives here. The room is very spacious and has private swimming pools on the huge balcony and easy access from the master bedroom. The rooms are decorated in an elegant style, open view with two fixed car parking spaces. It is far from Phrom Phong BTS Station, only 500 meters, just a short walk around 6-8 minutes. Very convenient.

The condo is relatively old style. Some rooms have a private pool and a private sauna too. The room I stayed in was a 2 bedroom, and we lived in a family of 4 people. It was just spacious. The kitchen is a European style and comes with full kitchen equipment, whether a kitchen counter, a sink, a dishwasher, and an oven. Anyone who loves cooking will definitely love this place. The price is considered expensive. However, its location is situated in a great area, walking up to Phrom Phong BTS for about 5-10 minutes. Going to work is also convenient.
