Bangkok Living Developer owns 25 villas here. You should deal direct with them, so you wont be overcharged on your security deposit. By leasing with BLD, thai law mandates 1 month security, one month prepaid rent. BLD is very responsive with maintenance requests, pool and garden service. BLD villas come with WIFI. Electric rate is 7 and water is 15. AGAIN, if BLD owns your villa, you will not be overcharged. BLD is Pet friendly with great neighbors.You can safely walk your pets and not worry about Soi dogs. Onsite restaurant prepares fresh made Indian dishes. The security walks the neighborhood every hour. 7-11 is close by and various food carts. Khao Tao beach is nearby as well. If you are lucky enough to live here during Diwali, please attend. It is a beautiful and fun event held at the restaurant complete with fireworks. I have really enjoyed living here.

We chose a 2-bedroom villa and stayed with my friends. Overall, it's okay! The villa is clean and safe, and the staff provides excellent service. The villa is very large, with a full kitchen set. The living room includes a sofa with a big TV. Also, the villa is surrounded by a garden where you can walk and relax. The important thing is it's not crowded and very private. It is the ideal place for real relaxation. It is tranquil at night and is located in the alley, 12 kilometers close to Hua Hin Town. It is also easy to visit nearby attractions because it is not far from the villa. We are delighted with the welcoming of the staff for taking good care of us. It's very worth it. If I can visit Hua Hin, I will choose this villa to stay here again.
