Good value - Paradise 2 is better

I rented Paradise 1 for one year before moving to Paradise 2 (down the street). The first phase is cheaper as it is off the main road and slightly older. The best thing about Paradise 1 is that the value for money is very good and that each unit has a private parking spot. Paradise 2 has a bigger living room because they changed the design to remove the private parking. I only have a bike so this works good for me.
Big villa, perfect for holidays

I really like this place, perfect for relaxing with big families. It is a 4-bedroom villa with a private pool. The villa is decorated in a modern style, with complete equipment and furniture. Reasonable rental prices and travel are very convenient. Only 5 minutes drive to Kamala Beach and close to Phuket FantaSea.

I like this project. Everything in the villa is complete and comfortable. There is a private outdoor pool, kitchen, and space to have a great party with friends. Besides, the opposite of the swimming pool, there will be a picnic area as well. I think families with children can enjoy this area well. Many nearby places include many restaurants, shops, and convenience stores. So, I can conveniently ride a motorbike to go shopping. There is no need to worry about being troublesome or unsafe because the project is located in a potential community. It is also close to the beaches such as Kamala, Patong, and Surin Beaches. There are also many great cafés nearby. If anyone likes peace, I would recommend it here.
