My thai boyfriend and I came to see the house and decided to reserve the pool villa here ( built-to-order villas in 4-month construction). The staff was lovely and took us to see both detached houses and semi-detached houses and the lakeside pool villa that we chose. The price is not very high compared to other places; I think the plot size is good. The decor and materials are quite good and of quality. There is a communal swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse. The location is tranquil; the car rarely drives past because it is about a kilometer away from the main road, but it's not difficult to find something to eat. There is a shop in front of the project, and going to Tesco Lotus Thalang and Makro Thalang is not less than 2 km. The reason for reserving is because we love peace. Besides, I attend to send my children to kindergarten at Baan Kajonkiet Pasak nursery, just 6 minutes away by car, very convenient. If we want a picnic at the beach, you can go to Layan Beach, quiet, not crowded, just about 6 kilometers from the project.
