Luxury condo has a private beach close to the condo only 250 meters.

I choose this condo because Pattaya is known as a Beach town, and we love to visit here every year. The Palm Wongamat is a luxury condo near the beach. We can see the Pattaya Beach view; even my room is only a studio type. There are many reasons why I decided to choose here, whether it will be it’s worth for investment, nice nearby tourist attractions, and a full range of condo’s facilities. There is a communal pool, a gym, and some services with additional charges such as spa, massage, shuttle bus service, etc. The highlight of the condo is the location situated near the condo. I can swim and commune with the sunset view anytime I want.
