The new high-rise condo in Soi Ari

The new high-rise condo in Soi Ari near Sukhumvit Road and Phrom Phong BTS is beautifully designed. Rooms range from 1-3 bedrooms with a full-frame glass, giving a full view of the city. The luxurious facilities include a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a fitness center, a spa, a sauna, and are very elegant and beautiful! I am waiting for it to finish, soon you will visit the site for an update!
Luxury condo near Phrom Phong BTS

Only 5 minutes walk to Phrom Phong BTS. The condo decoration is luxurious and is a 37-story high-rise condo, expected to be completed soon. I love the project location because it's easy to travel. If using a private car, you can travel on Rama 4 Road and Sukhumvit Road, which is sometimes you will get stuck in traffic and crowded. However, the project site is tranquil and private. There is a seating area around and it is very shady !!
Quality project under construction and close to Phrom Phong BTS

The condo is under construction and located in a great Khlong Tan area, and 200 meters close to Phrom Phong BTS. I am interested in The Estelle Phrom Phong condo, so I contacted to look at a sample of the project first. As I visited the project gallery, the project design was exactly as I wanted. For example, furniture decorated is of high quality. Besides, the arrangement and the proportion of the area used is perfect. The facilities are also complete. Overall, I really enjoyed it, so I thought I'd reserve one bedroom, but I had to look at the COVID-19 situation first whether it will be better?
Luxury condo in the heart of the city

The design is very modern both outside and inside, along with a blend of Japanese art as well. It is also located in a good location as it is very close to Phrom Phong BTS station, the EmQuartier, and Emporium. The heart of the city is amazing; now I have reserved and waiting for completion. My office is also around Phrom Phong. If moving in, it would be much more convenient.
Japan is just around your corner

It is a very interesting project because the interior decoration has been designed and influenced by Japan company. All rooms of the project used the high-glass type; I always feel comfortable whenever we are in the room. With the ceiling height of 3.15 meters, the room looks spacious, airy, and accessed the natural light. Besides, The interior is very outstanding because I can customize the design and unit layout to suit my lifestyle. At the same time, residents can choose the material color and tone of the room. I am especially pleased with the pets' friendly policy, and there is a garden for pets as well. Moreover, the project facilities are very attentive to the residents as there are floating salt spas, non-chlorinated swimming pools, and an onsen bath. Furthermore, on the 27th floor, there is a gym with sky views of Bangkok. There is also a parking space available for more than 125% and a separate Super Car parking lot without worrying about its safety. Overall, I love it, especially the interior design, because I like the simple and elegant styles at the same time. Also, there is a lot of green areas that make me feels cozy and calm.

Recently visited this property and its a remarkable project. Top quality materials from the highest possible standards, the unit functionality and layout is one of the best I've seen so far. I admire the details and finishing + its has only a selected amount of units available, making is a desirable project nearly on the corner of soi 26
Beautiful condo decorated in a Japanese style

It is a Japanese style condo, luxuriously decorated as many luxury hotels in Japan. It is an interesting project that is just being constructed. I saw this project posted on the website, so I decided to look at the showroom at the project. It's perfect. The project is surrounded by gardens over 2 rai, emphasizing the private areas for the residents from the lobby until the common area, luxuriously decorated with modern style, giving a sense of Japanese scent. The rooms also range from 1-4 bedrooms. The room is spacious, ideal for the price. In the future, we don't have to worry about traveling as it is 200 meters close to Phrom Phong BTS, or taking a walk for a few minutes.
