    I have stayed here. From the first step that I entered the project, I could deny that the structure has been delayed over time. But it doesn't mean that the interior would be old and outdated. Actually, it's beyond my expectation as the room is very spacious and renovated in modern style. It comes fully furnished. The common area covers many facilities. Unfortunately, like other condos in Bangkok, this project lacks parking spaces.

    This is a mixed-use high-rise condominium in the heart of Nana. Located on Sukhumvit Soi 13, just 550 meters away from Nana BTS station. Living here is very convenient. On the ground floor, there are ranges of retails and international restaurants and famous 5-star hotels. Nice view from the room. I guess the room is abandoned for a while as there is a musty smell. The project also has a complete common area such as a swimming pool and a fully-equipped fitness center.

    My wife and I have rented the condo for a while. Although the condo was completed many years, the interior has been renovated beautifully and well-maintained, making the condo look cozy. I chose to rent 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms unit. It was fully furnished, and all zones are in proportion, whether a kitchen, a living room, bedrooms, and bathrooms. I only bought a few things when I first moved here. It was ready to move in. The balcony spreads spaciously, overlooking the city view beautifully. The common area comprises a fitness center, on-site restaurant, and a large communal outdoor pool. Only a few residents are swimming, and I loved it so much because I can spend time comfortably. The security system here is also good. The guard is lovely and friendly to the residents. Anyway, car parking will be a problem because it is very difficult to find parking at night. Overall, it's okay with the potential location, and the price is reasonable, suitable for office workers like me.

    What I like the most about this place is its location in Soi Sukhumvit 13, which is 550 meters away from Nana BTS, making it convenient to travel. The room I rented has 1 bedroom in a perfect size and is fully furnished. It looks a bit old, still works well. There are restaurants and malls on the condo's first floor, so you don't need to waste your time traveling anywhere.

    This project is located conveniently, only 10-15 minutes to Nana BTS station, and easily connected to various places. It was completed many years ago, but the building is still strong and looks new. The common area has a swimming pool located on the upper floor and is super clean. Besides, the project features a communal gym and car parking as well. The neighborhood has many restaurants and shops. Finding things to eat is super easy.

    It is outstandingly located to access everywhere. Many delicious restaurants are surrounded in the neighborhood. Sukhumvit Suite is quite an old condo, but there are complete facilities inside the building, such as a fitness center, a swimming pool, and a sauna room. The 24 hours security system here is considered very ok because of the excellent location. Walking distance to Nana BTS station in just 8-10 minutes, comfortable in all areas. If anyone is living or working in the Sukhumvit area, here is the best answer.
