The project is on Sukhumvit Road, accessible in many ways. There is a high security system, security guards, building engineering work 24 hours a day, and excellent cleanliness. Entry and exit of the building and up the building via key cards that specify the floor only, CCTV camera system throughout the area, and fire alarm system. and generator Don't have to worry about power outages. The building receives wind all the time. Especially rooms facing the sea (west), sea and mountain views. The project location is the Dragon's Belly location. There are complete common areas such as a fitness center, swimming pool, and small library. By the swimming pool Plenty of parking space at present. The project is close to work sources such as various industrial estates, Laem Chabang Port, Thai Oil refinery. Or if you like shopping, it's not far from Central Sriracha, Robinson Sriracha, Tukcom, Harbor Mall. tourist attraction Koh Sichang can be seen in the distance, Sriracha Tiger Zoo or J-park is also interesting. Good and famous educational resources include Kasetsart University Sriracha, Assumption School, St. Paul Convent School, etc.
