A simple luxurious condo with a comfortable room by the beach, beautiful view, and clean beach

I am a businessman who have been in Thailand for over 20 years. I love buying real estate like vacation homes and condos for family vacations. Sometimes, I buy it for renting out for a long-term lease and gain profits in the future. I purchased 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms because the location is considered good, right next to Cha-am Beach, and perfect for my family vacation and renting it out. My room is on the 18th floor with an obvious beautiful sea view, especially sunset in the evening. Sip a cold beer on the balcony with a romantic atmosphere. The facilities here are not emphasizing luxury, but it provides a complete range of facilities, including a communal pool, a communal gym, and a 24-hour security system with CCTV installed around the project. The receptionists are lovely and communicate in various languages. As for the parking spaces, it is insufficient, and it's alright for regular days. However, the location is not far from Bangkok and Hua Hin city. I am very impressed because it matches me perfectly.
