A high-rise condo next to the main road provides convenient access.

This condo has been recently launched, where I've stayed since I was a university student. I rented a 1-bedroom unit that was designed based on that time and furnished with quality furniture. Even though it was completed many years ago, the building is still perfectly maintained, modern, and pleasant to live in. The facilities in the common area are also complete, including a rooftop swimming pool, a gym, a sauna, and ample parking, so you won't have to worry about running out of space. Furthermore, it is in a prime location because it is only 1 kilometer from Ratchadaphisek MRT. There is also an Esplanade Cineplex Ratchadaphisek Shopping mall nearby where you can shop for your needs. Overall, it is the ideal condominium for me.
