Convenient location near Patong Beach

I've stayed here for a month and rented a studio room. The room is provided with many facilities. There is a large outdoor area in the center of the condo with various sunbeds on the ground floor, where I can do sunbathing. It's super convenient. Although the condo looks old, the lobby hall still looks good, and the rental price is acceptable. The location is considered potential, close to Patong Beach, and easily accessible. Moreover, it is close to many restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues. It is very convenient to go everywhere, and it is the best condo for those who want an acceptable priced condo.

I made the right choice of buying here. My room is spacious with beautiful decoration, and it also comes with full furniture. In the project, there is a very large swimming pool. It’s located in the prime area, near Patong beach. There are restaurants, a department store, and pubs nearby. For those who want to buy for the investment, it is another interesting option.
Condo in the Patong area

The building is a bit run down, but the room is spacious with a full furniture set. The room price is reasonable compared to other condos in the Patong area. There is a large swimming pool in the common area as well. The condo is located in Patong near restaurants and not far from Jungceylon Shopping Mall. It's also close to Bangla Road (Phuket's famous nightlife).

Many foreigners are living here, and there are many western restaurants around here. So I think this project provides a complete range of facilities than other areas in Phuket. The outdoor area has a large swimming pool, and gardens around the pond, while the rooms are well designed in proportion. It is not too small and has a spacious balcony. However, it is a relatively old condo. It is still strong and always gets maintenance. Moreover, it is about 2 kilometers away from Patong Beach !!

The condo here comprises a large swimming pool in the middle of the condo, surrounded by a beautiful view. Moreover, the condominium itself has an elegant design, looks unique. It also has a large garden where I often go to sit and relax in the afternoons. There is also an on-site parking lot, security system, and 24 hours CCTV. However, the condo is located in Patong's center and close to Karon Beach, which can travel by motorbike. There are also many restaurants around, and if you are bored, you can hang out at Bangla Road. Everything is recommended here.

I'm french, moving here with my dad when I was only 22 years old. I thought I was ready to live in Phuket. My father has many businesses in Patong, and I have visited Phuket many times. After graduating and I took a gap year to visit many places. And I am still very impressed with Phuket. I chose a condo here because it is quiet and private, like I am staying in a resort. Nearly 90% of the residents are foreigners. My room is on the 14th floor, which is high so that I can enjoy the sea view from my room. The place is beautifully decorated with a fully-furnished kitchen, dining table set, and a comfortable bed. The room is in the perfect size for a bachelor like me living alone. The condo's free Wi-Fi is fast, and the common area is complete with large swimming pools, a fitness center, plenty of parking. And I like the security guards very much; they are very friendly.
