A condo near Sukhumvit Road

A condo near Sukhumvit Road, making it convenient to travel. Pattaya Beach and Central Festival Pattaya Beach is just 5 kilometers away. My studio room is pretty large, a perfect fit for 1 or 2 people. The furniture is fully furnished. The facilities are complete, such as a large and clean swimming pool. The price is extremely low, absolutely a friendly rate for foreigners like me!
The price is incredibly low, worth every penny

I rented a spacious studio room in this project. I would say that the interior and exterior of the project is a bit old. There is a large swimming pool. Sometimes there isn’t enough parking space so that double parking may happen. The location is excellent near Sukhumvit road, and it takes about 10 minutes from Pattaya Beach and Central Department Store, which is very convenient. More importantly, the prices here are incredibly low. Worth every penny.
