The location is ideal for living & working in Bangkok. The building has everything including 7/11 and more retail. The juristic management do a great job at keeping the building looking good. I lived in a couple of different units over 4 years in the building and have been recommending to anyone looking for a condo that provides the best Bangkok offers.

The rental fee is reasonable, good location, and access to the Thong Lo BTS station, very convenient. No need to use the private car at all. The condo is modern with an excellent security system. The common area is spacious, comprising a fully equipped gym, a pool near the gardens with many corners which are very private. The room is beautifully decorated with a wooden pattern floor. The furniture is also modern. The interior is tranquil, with no noises bothering from the outside, ideal for real relaxation.
