The project area is spacious with a beautiful building, and the scenery is also fantastic with unobstructed views. The common area has an extensive range of facilities, and the gardens on the ground floor are beautifully decorated, shady and perfect for relaxing. The room is fully furnished and of great value for the price paid. Luxurious and modern! The living area is quite broad, worth the price!!

A high-rise condominium, beautiful and modern. The project has a good quality with glass building. It has a swimming pool and fitness center with amazing views both day and night. The quiet atmosphere and easy access to the city, adjacent to the BRT station.
The condo is really suitable for everyone.

I have rented this condo for 6 months and would like to recommend it. The condo is well-maintained and close to many amenities such as restaurants, department stores, or Chong Nonsi BTS station, only 750 meters. Life in the city is comfortable, and this place is also suitable for families with children because there is a space for children. It gives a sense of comfortable relaxation in the 1 bedroom room with many quality decorations. Besides, the management system is excellent, and the guards do their excellent duties. The neighbors are friendly, and I'm impressed to rent it here.

This place is in the CBD, a good location, about 600 meters from Chong Nonsi BTS station. My favorite place will be the garden on the upper floor. It has a very nice atmosphere, windy and comfortable. The pool is offering a full view of the city. Our 2-bedroom unit has a perfectly sized living. The dining and living area is quite spacious with a long balcony. Overall, good location, beautiful decoration, complete amenities. Great condo for living and investment!
