The condo looks old, but the maintenance is very good.

The condo here looks old, but I think the maintenance is very good. The rooms are fully-equipped with built-in furniture and an open kitchen area. Here it is very spacious, comfortable, and convenient, allows with a small balcony. They are proportionate, and standard quality materials provided. The common area includes a swimming pool, living room, garden, and car parking areas. The project is in a location that is not crowded but still able to travel easily. Taxis are running throughout the whole day. In addition, there are many convenience stores around the project. If walking to Nana BTS Station, it takes only 15 minutes. At the same time, the project is near the Terminal 21 shopping mall and can easily find food to eat in the Sukhumvit area. The project here is suitable for people who work in the city and want peaceful accommodation. Quality location is considered worth the investment.
