Good central location, well built condo with good views of the golf course and mountain,with a nice pool lots of restaurants near by and only a short drive to central , favourite area of Phuket away from the hustle and bustle.

Quiet area, clean and peaceful. Great view from most of the apartments. I live in this building for almost a year, the staff is cleaning very often, the pool is big and there is not so much noise around. The only thing I could say they should improve is the maintenance of the facilities. There are a lot of broken things in the gym which make it very hard to work out. Also the rooftop look really bad. The Jacuzzi are not working anymore and it is really broken and look like a mess over there. I think the apartments are great from the inside, but just because the way they take care of the building. the value should be lower. Why? because you can't really use those facilities - Jacuzzi or gym.
The condo is only 1 kilometer from the golf course.

The condo here is relatively quiet at night but not dangerous because there is a security system that is okay. The maintenance is also good. There is a fitness room and a big clean swimming pool. Anyway, the jacuzzi is not in service, which sometimes makes the residents feel not okay. This neighborhood is considered quite excellent full of restaurants and not far from markets and shopping areas. It is also easy to travel. If you drive to Patong Beach, it takes about 15-20 minutes. There will be a good choice for those who love playing golf and look for a condo near the golf course because it is only 1 kilometer from the golf course.
