My girlfriend and I rented a one-bedroom unit at this condo. It is new with a beautiful design. The common area is clean, and the facilities include a swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, and parking. The staff doesn't smile, so I feel a bit unwelcome. In the evening, people always come to swim and make some noise. Anyway, I love the overall here because the rental price is not expensive. The room is spacious and has quality furniture. The location is perfect; it's easy to travel, close to many tourist attractions such as Pattaya Beach, Pattaya Walking Street, and Central Festival Pattaya Shopping Center. You can get there in 5 minutes or walk for about 20 minutes. I rented a car; it is very convenient to drive anywhere; recommend it here! I will be back here again when I come to Pattaya.
