It is a modern condo, very convenient to travel around as you can easily access many places in Chiang Mai within a few minutes. The condo has a large swimming pool, a recreational area, an on-site restaurant, and a 24-hour security system. My friend and I rented a room in this condo for several weeks. The 2 bedroom unit was the size for up to 4 people. The room was well-organized and was filled with amenities, whether a kitchen, bathrooms, a living room, and a relaxing area to sit back and relax. By the way, the neighbors are very good here.
