The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing.

I visited here last month. It was a bit quiet as there are not many tourists compared with the high season. I could take a rest comfortably and privately. I stayed here for many days, and the room we rented is 1 bedroom. The balcony offers a beautiful sea view as the project location is located on the hill. The project area is decorated with beautiful gardens. The condo entrance is easy to find, but the road is a bit sloped up. For anyone professional in driving a car, it's not recommended. You'd better park the car in front of the condo.

Although the building's exterior looks a bit old, this place is well maintained and clean. The staff is friendly and takes good care of us. It is a wonderful time living here. Our room has spacious 3 bedrooms with comfortable decoration, a full set of furniture, a private swimming pool, and a Jacuzzi. The air conditioner is quiet and works well. Also, the project is close to Layan Beach in a few steps.
A pleasant condo and the staff are friendly.

The project is located in the Cherngtalay area. About 80% of foreigners live here, and I think this place is very easy to find food as there are many inexpensive restaurants and about 600 meters from the beach. The room I stayed in was 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first time I moved in, it was fully furnished. It is clean and well maintained. There are almost no problems with breakdowns or dirtiness at all. The downside is that I think it gets quite busy during the High Season.
It is the ideal accommodation for relaxation.

Lotus Gardens is one of the residences in Phuket that I am impressed with because it is calm and private. It feels like I am staying at home. Also, it is close to Layan Beach where I often go sunbathing while vacationing here. The interior is complete without something deficient at all. It is very good! The room that I rented is well-decorated, the furniture is stylish and quality. The facilities are well-equipped, such as a large clean swimming pool with a Jacuzzi tub. Overall, it is great! The staff was nice, friendly and the neighbors were okay. The project environment is also perfect. I would like everyone to stay here!
