The location is excellent near Big C Extra Central Pattaya Branch also the Central Festival Pattaya, and Pattaya Beach within walking distance. The condo area is considered quiet, even in the center of Pattaya. The property has complete facilities with a shady atmosphere. The room I bought was a spacious 2-bedroom with well-decorated furniture. Overall, I totally like this property. It is an enjoyable place to live.

I rented this 2 bedroom unit as the living space is perfect for my lifestyle. Another reason I rented this condo is that this condo is located in a good location, has convenient transportation, close to shops, department stores, restaurants, and other amenities. In addition, there are complete facilities within the project, such as a swimming pool, a fitness center. The sauna room is very impressive. I like it very much! I am also very satisfied with the security system here and feel very comfortable. I'm very impressed!
