Most of the units here have been renovated.

The buildings look old, but most of the units here have been renovated. The studio room I rented was quite large for me living alone. The interior is beautifully and modernly decorated. Every piece of furniture in the room does not look old and in good condition. One disadvantage that I don't really like is the wide parking space without a sunshade. It makes the car a little hot during the daytime. It's not a big problem considering its price, it is considered worthwhile. Near the Warorot market too.
