This condo is in the Charoenkrung neighborhood, near Asiatique, only 140 meters away and not far from Saphan Taksin BTS station, which makes my life more comfortable. Furthermore, the project has an elegant design. I bought a 2-bedroom unit here. It is very spacious and allocated some furniture and appliances to meet my requirements. There are plenty of parking spaces available. The security system is excellent. However, there are only a few facilities in the common area. I think it would be great if the project could provide it more.
